About me

My name is Bec, I am Mum to two gorgeous girls - Sophia, 7 and Sienna, 5; and partner to Russ. We live in Perth, Western Australia.

I have always enjoyed cooking and began thermal cooking around 5 years ago. After familiarising myself with this new way of cooking, I started to create my own recipes. My recipes are vegetarian and most of those published in my cookbook also have meat variations. I like to cater for a wide variety of dietary requirements and tastes, therefore you will find that most of my recipes are gluten, dairy, egg and nut free, or have options to make them so.

My blog is a little over a year young and already has over 100 free to access recipes on it. It is linked to my facebook page and I also run a busy facebook group - a place for people to chat about thermal cooking, recipes, ingredients and all things foodie!
